Sawara Machiya-kan (Uwagashi Shōkōen)

Designed as a traditional townhouse to preserve the historical scenery, Sawara Machiya-kan serves as a rest area for tourists to use freely. Within the building is a rest area and shops.

In the multipurpose plaza, you can take a break during your trip and enjoy local snacks. Additionally, various events are held throughout the year.

• By Keisei Bus (Chiba Kotsu) from Tokyo Station or Hamamatsu-chō Station, bound for Choshi via Sawara. Get off at Sawara Station North Exit and walk for 12 minutes
