Roadside Station Kurimoto: Benikomachi-no-Sato
At the roadside station’s direct sale stores, fresh vegetables, local specialty fruits, such as grapes and Asian pears, and animal products are sold. The food court, Ajidokoro Ippuku, offers dishes that use locally grown ingredients. There is also a Produce Exchange Hall, which sells popular products from other roadside stations nationwide. Within the area, there is an undeveloped park surrounded by greenery.
In addition, Roadside Station Kurimoto offers many popular hands-on experiences. At the rental farms (reservation and fee required), you can enjoy growing produce under a local farmer’s guidance, from sowing the seeds and rice to harvesting. At the harvest farms (reservation and fee required), you can harvest seasonal produce and take them home.
